League of Legends is a game based off of the popular DoTa mod of Warcraft 3. With a unique selection of over 50 champions and upgradeable items ingame this game just may take the cake when it comes to versatility and simplicity. You are able to fight on teams of 5 or 3 in a battleground, gold accumulates over time and getting killing blows nets you additional gold. Players fight in 'lanes' in which teams are proportioned. Each character has 4 abilities affected by a large variety of stats. Gold will enable you to purchase items to give you these stat points. The aim of the game is to destroy your opponents by eliminating the towers in your lane, then destroying the defenses in your opponents base and killing the nexus.
